BILL SIMMERMON, DISTRICT GOVERNOR 2027-2028
With a lifelong family connection to Rotary, Bill Simmermon joined the Rotary Club of Highlands Ranch in 2007. He follows in the steps of this father, James E. Simmermon, a past Governor of District 7305 (Pennsylvania) and a member of the Rotary Club of Oakmont Verona…with 75 YEARS of perfect attendance!

Bill served as club president from 2021-2022 and is currently serving as an Assistant Governor of Area 4. He serves on the District’s Membership Committee and last year participated in the District’s RISE Servant Leadership Training. In his club, Bill is instrumental to ongoing multi-year service projects in Costa Rica and Belize. Having attended the international conventions in Bangkok (2018), Houston (2022) and Singapore (2024), he is a certainly a believer in the larger Rotary community.
Professionally, Bill and his team of independent wealth advisors offer fiduciary, fee-only investment management and comprehensive financial planning services, including wealth preservation and wealth transfer strategies, that help clients prioritize goals.
Bill’s lifelong passion for travel and exploration has taken him to nearly 80 countries. He stays active and enjoys pickleball, skiing, hiking, hot yoga, walks in the park, golfing, and fishing in unique places. Bill’s oldest son, Blake (28), is an Automation Engineer for a biotech firm in San Francisco, and his youngest son, Denver (26), is an Investment Analyst for a Denver based real estate investment firm.
