March 21-23, 2025
- High Country PETS Training Program for PEs and PENs will start promptly at 12:30 pm MT Friday, March 21 and end at 11:30 Sunday, March 23 at the Embassy Suites Loveland, 4705 Clydesdale Pkwy. Loveland, CO

- Registration cost for PEs and AGs is covered by the District.
- Registration cost for PENs and Satellite officers must be paid by the club or individual. District will reimburse each PEN $150 after PETS training.
- Register BEFORE March 1 to avoid a $40 late fee - this fee must be paid by the club or individual.
- PETS Registration CLOSES March 16!!!
- PETS Registration DOES NOT include your hotel room - please make your hotel room reservations early. The Embassy Suites cut-off date to make reservations is Thursday, Feb. 11.
