Building a Membership Committee within your Club  

Building your membership committee is an important first step.  Serving on your Rotary Club's Membership Committee is a rewarding role, and building your committee with diversified skills will aid in your success.  It may feel difficult to recruit your team, especially if your club is small, but be patient and thoughtful as you grow your committee.  A team of 3-5 is sufficient to accomplish many goals.  Don't go it alone, shared support and camaraderie are essential in making this membership endeavor meaningful and fun.
