The Club Member Journey: Keeping the Spark Alive
Our clubs are made up of members, each on their own Rotary journey. Some of us are fueled by action, others by fellowship, and still others present another path. If we believe member engagement is important to club vibrancy, how do we, as leaders and fellow Rotarians, foster that culture? What are the ways of understanding and practice that create a club that offers synergy in mission and membership?
We'll tackle these challenges head-on on March 12th at 4 pm. as we hear from our panelists offering creative strategies, fresh ideas, and practical solutions for understanding club member engagement.
Speakers:
T.J. Sullivan: A Rotarian from the Denver Cherry Creek Rotary Club and President and CEO of the Parker Chamber of Commerce. He wrote the book Motivating the Middle-Fighting Apathy. Amongst his many gifts, T.J. brings creative advice on nontraditional approaches to advancing growth in organizations.
Elena Cumberbatch-Lynch: A Rotarian from the Highlands Ranch-Satellite Sunrise Rotary Club and Financial Planner with Centennial State Financial. Elena will help us explore a path to understanding and growth both in ourselves and our clubs.
