Space Needed for Youth Exchange Interviews
As the new chair of Rocky Mountain Rotary Youth Exchange - District 5450's foreign exchange student organizing committee - I am asking for assistance in locating and securing a new meeting space for our Outbound Exchange Student Interview Weekend.
We need a large space to interview prospective students somewhere in our district (need not be Denver Metro but needs to accommodate around 70 people or more).
Ideally no to low cost, but we have a budget that can be utilized - any and all options are welcome for consideration - know a space? - have you used a space for something similar? Is it somewhere in our district? PLEASE share the contact information and I'll reach out.
Specific Meeting Needs:
- Dates: Set Up Friday Nov. 14; 9-5 pm Saturday Nov. 15; 9-3 pm Sunday Nov. 16
- Common Area for 70+ people with AV access/equipment to allow our inbound students to share presentations about their home countries, and Committee joint presentations.
- 5-6 Breakout Rooms where smaller interviews can take place for the 20 or so student applicants and their families with committee and volunteers.
- Space for meals - tables/chairs/serving area can be common area or different
