New prospective member management system.
More than a tool!
March 14, 2026
Rotary’s new RI Leads system is now live. Prospective members can choose a club, and club officers will receive those leads directly with email notifications for follow-up.
The 15-minute Learning Center course below is helpful and worth your time. A few key resources from the course are also listed to the left under “RI Leads” to make getting started easier.
As we begin using this, the goal is a smoother way to connect with prospective members and grow our clubs. Our District Membership Team is here to support the transition.
Northglenn/Thornton Rotary Starts Satellite Club
The Rotary Club of Northglenn‑Thornton has been working closely with residents of Heritage Todd Creek (HTC), a 55+ active‑adult community of more than 1,300 homes, to establish a new Rotary satellite club. Although HTC boasts over 50 activity groups, it does not have a Rotary International presence—an opportunity that quickly drew interest. Over the past several months, several introductory meetings have been held, resulting in 16 residents expressing interest and 8 submitting formal applications. These applications will soon be presented to the Northglenn‑Thornton club for approval.
Momentum grew further during the community‑wide Club Fair in early March, where the Rotary table attracted another 19 residents who asked to receive more information. Outreach to these individuals is underway, and the initial core group has begun discussing early service opportunities to build visibility and engagement. Plans include hosting a Red Cross speaker on emergency preparedness on May 21, exploring partnerships with nearby assisted‑living centers to support their residents, and investigating literacy‑focused projects with local schools.
To accommodate the varied schedules of HTC residents—many retired, some still working—the group has agreed to meet on the first and third Thursdays of each month, alternating between early‑afternoon and later‑day meetings. With growing interest, emerging project ideas, and a committed core of founding members, the HTC Satellite Club is steadily taking shape as a new hub for service and fellowship within the community.
