Becky Miller Weinkauf – P.R. Chair/Platteville Rotary Club
Expertise: Digital Marketing & Video Production 

Becky is a fifth-generation Coloradan, who loves nature, Palisade peaches, and spirited rescue pups. She has worked her entire professional career in media. She is a former broadcast news reporter & producer who has evolved with the constantly changing media landscape.
 
Living in cities for many years, Becky returned to her roots in 2014 and lives in a 1909 farmhouse in Northern Colorado. Former District Governor Karen Sekich invited her to a Rotary meeting, and that is where she discovered Rotary and the power of serving the communities locally and globally. She has served as a club President and headed the P.R. Committee since 2018. Becky has a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Journalism. Awards and honors include:

Chelsea Bunker - Wheat Ridge Rotary Club
Expertise: Content Marketing, Social Media and PR
 
Chelsea Bunker is a 4th generation Coloradan with a B.A. in Communication and a passion for volunteering. She is a mother, an active community connector and the founder of Sunshine Creative, a local marketing and events agency. Chelsea loves to stay involved in many different community nonprofits and charities. She currently sits as the board president of the Applewood Community Foundation. Chelsea joined the Wheat Ridge Rotary Club in 2019.
 
 
 
Dharmesh (Dashan) Shah – eClub One Rotary Club
Expertise: Social Media
 
Dashan Shah is an entrepreneur and negotiator of mergers and government diplomatic relationships. He works with industry in China, specializing in hospitality businesses along with trading throughout 80 countries. Dashan is based in China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He is also involved with running kitchens in approximately eight locations, distributing food in other countries, and adopting educational responsibilities for privileged children. Dashan said, "Being a Rotaractor was my best learning base about Rotary."
 
Eyo Effiong – eClub One Rotary Club
Expertise: Website Development & Content 
 
Rotarian Eyo Effiong has been in Rotary for most of his life, the Charter President of his High School (Methodist Boys High School, Lagos, Nigeria) Interact Club, a Rotaractor in Nigeria, the 2015-16 Treasurer of the Lawton Rotary Club, and the 2018-19 President of Rotary eClub One. Effiong has a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA, both from Winthrop University. He is a CPA with over 18 years of public accounting experience. He is currently the audit manager at a CPA firm in Oklahoma City. Effiong is a STEM education advocate, Cub Scout den leader, and robotics instructor. He enjoys Thai food, volunteering on Rotary service projects, scouting, hiking, biking, traveling, and reading. 
 
Jancy Campbell – Boulder Rotary Club  
Expertise: Content & Outreach
 
Jancy's college undergraduate degree is in Journalism and Advertising. She also holds a master's degree in Mass Communication. Jancy edited a weekly lifestyle publication and reported for a county business newspaper. She then spent many years in the public relations department of Bozell-Jacobs (today Bozell). Bozell-Jacobs, at that time, was considered one of the top ten advertising-public relations companies in the world. Jancy moved to Boulder in 1989, where she spent a couple of years as an adjunct professor in the University of Colorado's graduate Public Relations department. Jancy has been a member of Boulder Rotary since 2005 and today heads their Public Relations. She feels that Rotary clubs and the exceptional work they do is one of the world's best-kept secrets. She strives for better positive community awareness of Rotary District 5450. 
 
Kris Hemenway – Denver Rotary Club
Expertise: Digital and Traditional Advertising
 
Kristopher Hemenway is the President and founder of Statera Media, a Denver-based strategy, marketing, and media planning firm that focuses on small and mid-sized companies in many different business verticals. Kris uses a data-driven approach to help his clients find new customers through digital (Social, SEM, E-Mail, Display) and traditional (T.V., Radio, Print) media. Before forming Statera Media in 2014, Kris worked for some of Colorado's biggest and best companies in marketing and media, such as Vail Resorts, Coors Brewing Company, The Integer Group, and Gart Companies. Kris has lived in Colorado for 24 years and is a proud alumnus of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he graduated with honors with a B.S. in Journalism. He has been married to his wife Keri for 15 years and is the proud father of two young boys, Harrison (10) and Patrick (6). Kris was named by his club as their new Rotarian of the year for 2020-21. 
 
Mike Leikam – Aurora Gateway Rotary Club 
Expertise: Video Production & General Marketing 
 
Mike Leikam was born and raised in Kansas. He graduated with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication, emphasizing Broadcasting/Electronic Journalism from Fort Hays State University (Hays, KS). After graduation, he worked in television stations in Kansas and Nebraska as a production director, news producer, and news photographer. He was then offered a teaching position at Fort Hays State University, where he rose through the academic ranks to become a tenured associate professor and department chair. He was the designer and developer of the first educational program in Information Networking in the nation. He chaired while concurrently pursuing a Ph.D. in Adult Education and Instructional Design from Kansas State University. While at FHSU, he held a Public Policy Fellowship from the Docking Institute of Public Affairs, helping small communities develop internet-based infrastructures and technologies for distance learning. In 2000 Mr. Leikam resigned his position at FHSU and moved to Denver, CO, to open Interactive Information Solutions Inc. (IIS), which he currently owns and operates. IIS designs multimedia presentations with a focus on video and audio production. IIS is also the umbrella company of Aerial Platforms Inspired, which uses drone technology, fixed-wing, and rotary aircraft for video production. Mr. Leikam has two daughters and resides in Aurora, Colorado. He was awarded Aurora Gateway’s 2020-2021 Rotarian of the Year.
 
Patty Burnett – Englewood Rotary Club 
Expertise: Print Media/Press Releases/Media Outreach
 
Patty Burnett is the president of Englewood Rotary for the fourth time! She has been a Rotarian since 1989, with a short break while she worked on her master’s degree. Her first club was Santa Monica Rotary, followed by Highlands Ranch and then Naples, Fla. She has had two careers: the first as a newspaper editor. At the height of that career, she was executive editor of the Pasadena Star-News and then Santa Monica Outlook. Her second career was as a psychotherapist in private practice in Centennial, specializing in marriage and relationship counseling. At that time, she was a co-chair of Rotarians for Mental Health. She is now retired. Patty is pleased to support Public Relations efforts for District 5450.
