DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: August 1
Rules: 1. Any project eligible within at least one of RI's Areas of Focus and initiated during the current Rotary year.
2. The project will be judged solely by the information presented and based on the display in the Club Exhibit Hall at the District Conference. A complete description of the club project must be submitted to the Lakewood Foothills Club by May 1.
History: The award was established by the Lakewood Foothills Club and honors the memory of Scott Metcalf, Sr., past District Governor of District 5300 and former member of the Lakewood Foothills Club who best depicted Rotary's motto "Service Above Self".
